Exulansic became outspoken on what she calls "Church of Trans" and the state of gender ideology after going through a 4-year period of identifying as female-to-male transgender, later identifying as a non-binary they/them person. She finally concluded that women are adult human females, men are adult human males, and that to believe otherwise is a religious-like false belief so she must be a gender-atheist. While attending the University of California in Berkley she earned a Bachelors in Gender and Women's studies and a Master's of Education degree in Speech and Language pathology. She has coupled her personal experience with her education and research abilities to speak about gender ideology from a religious point of view, the realities of gender-affirming "health care" risks and consequences.

As a former "trans-kid" Erin shares her story, one she never thought she would talk about so publicly, and why she is grateful she was not encouraged to transition medically. She expresses great concern about the changes in the treatment for gender dysphoria. At the age of 6 she was found to fit the criteria for the earlier diagnosis of gender identity disorder. Though it took time, the therapy treatment she received helped her understand it wasn't her body's fault that she was sexually assaulted between kindergarten and first grade, which was the root cause of her hatred of her female body and desire to be a boy. Dr. David Bell, former staff governor at the Tavistock and Portman NHS foundation trust, on its Gender Identity Development Service in the UK, blew the whistle in a letter he wrote that was published by The Guardian. In the letter he corrected the reporting of Libby Brooks on the details of gender affirming care treatment being provided at the clinic, namely to children with coexisting mental health issues which have been ignored, as well as intimidation tactics employed by the clinic's managers whenever concerns about this were raised by staff, which were missing from her article.
Dr. David Bell has been working as a psychiatrist with an expertise in psychoanalysis for more than 30 years, has been an in-demand lecturer, and speaker in his field. He has also contributed to psychoanalytic theory through his book: "Paranoia: Ideas in Psychoanalysis", in addition to editing 4 books with a focus on the writings of psychoanalytic expert Hanna Segal, whom he holds in high professional regard.

Jamie Reed, a former case manager at The Washington University Transgender Center at St. Louis Children's Hospital responsible for patient intake and oversight witnessed the sudden dramatic increase of teenage girls declaring to be trans and demanding testosterone. She also saw how easy it was for these girls to begin medically transitioning. They were being fast-tracked while coexisting mental health issues were not being addressed at all. Jamie knew she had to do something, so she wrote a letter to Missouri's republican Attorney General, the Honorable Andrew Bailey. Jamie might be a progressive liberal but she does NOT consider the safety of children to be a partisan issue to use in the culture war. Chloe Cole underwent a double mastectomy at 15 years old for gender affirming treatment. Two years later at 17, she realized transitioning was a huge mistake and that she never really had gender dysphoria. She has since detransitioned and is suing Kaiser Permanente for malpractice.
In July of 2023 Chloe gave her testimony to Congress as a warning against gender affirming surgeries, especially for gender-confused children. Since speaking out publicly she continues to advocate for the protection of children from gender clinics which are likely to harm them, as one such clinic has harmed her.
